My name is Victor “Vivi” Teixeira, I’m an interior designer based out of Columbus, Ohio with 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Spending as much time as I have in the fast-pace hotel design industry has given me a lot of insight into design decisions that work and don’t work. I’ve helped design furniture and millwork pieces that not only create a great user experience for guests, but that were also easy to maintain for the hotel staff, that satisfies the standards of design laid out by the brands, all while trying to come up with creative ways to keep costs lower.
I came to realize that there are a lot of principles and skills I gained in hotel design that I can bring to the table for those who are looking for assistance designing their commercial or residential spaces.
I primarily specialize in creating 3D models and renderings in a short amount of time. The purpose of these renderings is to give you the opportunity to look at and customize your vision for your space without committing to the big buck decisions. In addition to renderings, I’ll help guide you through your design process with recommendations and giving you insight into what some of the largest hotel brands in the world are doing to create a positive guest experience.
